Terms of Service

§ 1 Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all contracts between PreRender24 (Owner: Thomas Dewein) and the customer regarding the use of the PreRender24 service. Deviating or supplementary terms and conditions of the customer do not become part of the contract unless we expressly agree to their validity.
§ 2 Contract Formation
The contract is concluded through the customer's registration and our acceptance. Acceptance is made by activating the customer account. By registering, the customer confirms that they are legally competent and, if acting on behalf of a company, authorized to represent it.
§ 3 Service Description
PreRender24 is an edge rendering service for JavaScript-based web applications. The service includes: • Bot detection for search engines and AI crawlers • Pre-rendering of HTML content • Caching on the edge network • Dashboard for management and monitoring The exact scope of services depends on the selected plan.
§ 4 Prices and Payment
Current prices can be found in the price list on our website. All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT. Payment is made by credit card or, if available, by SEPA direct debit. Billing is done monthly or yearly in advance.
§ 5 Duration and Termination
The contract is concluded for an indefinite period. The minimum term results from the selected billing period (monthly or yearly). For monthly billing: Cancellation possible at any time at the end of the month. For yearly billing: Cancellation possible at the end of the billing year. Cancellation can be made via the dashboard or by email.
§ 6 Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, as well as for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. For damages caused by slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and only up to the amount of the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Liability for data loss is limited to the typical recovery effort.
§ 7 Privacy
The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.
§ 8 Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is, to the extent legally permissible, the registered office of the provider. Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
